Appointment Policies
🔹 Deposit Requirement
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
🔹 No-Show / Late Arrival
• Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to rebook.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit both their appointment and deposit.
🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 72-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules.
• Reschedules made before 72 hours may transfer the deposit one time only.
• If you need to reschedule again, a new $50 non-refundable deposit is required.
